Shipping Information

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders: 3-7 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Orders over $75

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship Monday through Friday
  • No shipping on weekends or holidays
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping only
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package at orelle.com/track or through our shipping partner's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Important Notice: Due to the permanent nature of our Forever Bracelets, returns are subject to specific conditions.

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Unopened/Unused Items: Full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Quality Defects: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
  • Wrong Size (Unlocked Bracelets Only): Exchange within 30 days

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Forever Bracelets that have been permanently locked
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service at jewelryorelle@gmail.com within 30 days
  2. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  3. Package items in original packaging
  4. Ship using provided label within 5 business days

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 10-15 business days of receiving returned items
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)

Exchanges:

  • Not Available

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We'll provide a prepaid return label
  4. Full refund or replacement will be processed
